Step Forward Wellness is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance. Using Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance with our Grand Rapids physical therapy clinic is easy. Simply contact us with the link below and share the information on your Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance card and we will verify your benefits and then get you scheduled. Once you do that, your therapist will make sure to use our secure service to submit your sessions to Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance. 

Depending on your insurance plan, you may owe a copay, co-insurance, or a deductible fee at the time of your physical therapy session—this will be collected by your therapist at the end of session. You may use your HSA card at this time if you have one. Other times, Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance may pay for your physical therapy session completely depending on your insurance plan and you may owe nothing for the service. To understand more about your insurance plan, please contact Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and ask them what they cover in terms of “Outpatient Physical Therapy.”

Please note that Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance is actually a separate healthcare plan that is affiliated with Blue Care Network, but is not the same as Blue Care Network Insurance. Be sure to call your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance representative to ask questions about using your insurance for physical therapy. If your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance representative has questions, please have them reference your therapist’s name and let them know that the official group name is “Step Forward Wellness LLC.”
